  • We value our customer relationships and aim to maximize your shopping experience. Due to circumstances beyond our control, plants cannot be returned and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Additionally, we are not responsible for damage to plants or containers once they leave the store. 

    • Workshops & Events: Deposits and purchases of workshops and events are non-refundable. 

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of non-plant related items, you may return the item within seven (7) days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Please include your original receipt. Item must be in its’ original packaging and in a perfect, unused condition. 

    • Special orders or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Online or pre-ordered pick up orders must be picked up within seven (7) days, otherwise the item will be made available for sale and your deposit will not be refunded.

    • Online orders & Virtual Workshops: There is no refund on packages returned due to customer or carrier error. Replacement of such packages may incur a handling fee of $8 in addition to the cost to reship.

  • For most of our workshops, we offer a grace period of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling outside of the 24-hour window will result in guests being charged the full workshop fee. This will also apply to same-day appointments.

    Guests will not be charged unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within these parameters. We ask that you kindly give us a call should you need to reschedule or cancel.
